This year we decided to sign Kelsy and JJ up to participate in their first sport and having the father that they do, "we" (more like he) chose soccer! Their first games were yesterday and here are a few pictures of the event!
Kelsy's game was first and she had a blast! Kelsy doesn't have an understanding of competition yet. Grama Farrell observed her getting blocked from the ball and when the girl stepped in front of Kelsy, well, our outgoing little girl tried to make conversation! Not exactly the object of the game!
JJ, on the other hand, showed his competitive side very well! We had a few temper flares when the ball was stolen by the other team. However, JJ is definitely a little Josh! He has the objective of the game down! He scored his team's first goal and his 
getting the hang of dribbling the ball down the field!They were great first games! We were very fortunate to have both sets of grandparents, the Allens and the Farrells, there to cheer on our little athletes! We're going to have a fun filled spring with games every Saturday!

Very cute pics. So fun when the kiddos start playing sports. I loved that Kelsy started chatting on the field, so hilarious!
