My gracious wife does everything she can to please me and give me the things I want...well, she scored again. Since joining the Red Knights (a motorcycle club for fire fighters), I've already been put into a leadership-type position. As such, I have to look the part and had to get my colors (leather vest with club colors aka club patches-my bday gift). I also absolutely needed to have a leather riding jacket-my early Christmas gift.So for my birthday, Caroline let me have the day to go for a ride (something she rarely has an issue with anyway). We planned on riding like 230 miles, but the freezing temps killed our motivation and 3 of our group of 6 rode about 90 miles with multiple hot cocoa breaks.
