Making Connections

This week and next, Josh is attending a certification class for the fire department. He told JJ this morning that he was going to school, too.

Josh called to say he was on his way home this afternoon. And the conversation went like this....

Me: "JJ, Daddy's on his way home"
JJ: "On the bus?"
Me: "What?"
JJ: "Is Daddy riding the bus home?"
Me: "Why would Daddy be riding a bus home? He drove his truck."
JJ: "Well, I ride the bus home from school and Daddy went to school today."
