Day 1 - Uncle Mark's House

After 16 hours of driving, we made it to Louisiana! Kids act so silly when sleep deprived!

However, we eventually made it to Josh's Uncle Mark and Aunt Barbara's house where we will be staying the next few nights. They live in a suburb of New Orleans which I'm am super excited to see again. Josh and I came to visit the year after we were married but haven't been back since.

JJ was super excited about his sleeping arrangements...not only was he going to sleep in a cool loft {and yes, I know the shutter got stuck}

but he was sleeping with the big boys in a boy's paradise *video games and guitars*


Kelsy was in awe of cousin Margaret's webkins collection....this is only a small portion of her stash. Then it was time to break out Uncle Mark's old time arcade game.

I think the arcade is a little rusty....Uncle Mark and Josh spent a good 45 minutes fixing it after maybe 15 minutes of play!

I'm not sure who had more fun on it, JJ or Josh?!
